FAQ 2 - I can’t access shared folders. How do I resolve this problem?

Answer: There could be several reasons for this.

1. Firewall setup

Step 1.Click the Start button, then

Control panel.

Step 2. Click on Windows ﬁrewall in

Windows Vista and Windows 7.

Choose “Allow a program or feature

through Windows Firewall”.

Step3. Enable File and Printer Sharing.

And press OK.
