Launching Eee Cam

You can launch Eee Cam in one of the following ways:

• Click the Eee Cam icon on Eee Bar.

• Start a video chat with an instant messaging program, and Eee Cam will be

launched automatically. (Eee Cam needs ﬁrst to be enabled.)

Eee Cam modes

Eee Cam has the following two modes depending on the way you launch this program. Certain

functions are available only under a speciﬁc mode.

• Stand Alone Mode: When Eee Cam is launched by clicking the desktop icon, it will be

opened in the larger-screened Stand Alone Mode.

• IM (Instant Messaging) Mode: When Eee Cam is started with an instant messaging

program, it will be opened in the smaller-screened IM Mode.
